For Mentees
Yes. As a mentee, you can request a group mentoring session after connecting with a mentor. You just need to add your guests through the corresponding option. It's essential that all participants have a Mentorflow account.
For Mentors
If your projects are confidential, you can select the option to not make them public. If you don't have visible projects, we recommend complementing your profile with volunteer experiences or other relevant activities.
Yes, it's important to have a professional photo. If you prefer not to show your face for privacy reasons, you can upload a representative image of a project. In that case, our team will contact you. You can also write to us at support@mentorflow.org.
Featured mentors are selected according to the following scoring system:

| Technical and soft skills | 1 point | Add at least two skills |
| Mentoring sessions conducted | 1 point | Have conducted at least five sessions |
| Clear profile description | 1 point | Clear and concise profile writing |
| Volunteering or events | Extra: 2 points | Participation in volunteering or social projects |
The first 10 mentors who accumulate at least 8 points out of 11 possible, with additional 2-point bonus for volunteering experience, will be featured on the platform.
Profiles with less than 5 points will not be visible until minimum criteria are completed and pass review.
